Photographers at the North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE) work as extended staff of the exposition's Press Room.

• To assure the best news media service it is recommended that requests for photos be directed to the Press Room during the exposition, and to appropriate individuals throughout the rest of the year.
• Staff of the NAILE will work quickly with media to obtain photos for use in print media, news reports, or in video news productions.
• Photos provided for news purposes are free. If news sources request photos direct from a photographer or from the NAILE, please establish that the photo is being used for news purposes and there will be no charge. If photos are used for advertising, auctions, or any other for-profit activity, a fee may be charged by the photographer.
