During the eight days of the NAILE Education Program, guides will lead
school groups through the barns, show rings, and exhibits. Students
will see the popular Art of Wool Showcase which features displays
and demonstrations
that teach the students how wool goes from sheep to shawl.
These activities and the hands-on experiences of the Children's Barnyard
make for a full day of fun learning.

Each
Presentation is geared to your class' learning level and deals with the
animals they'll see during their expo visit. Students learn that America's
livestock farms provide us with food, raw materials for clothing and much
more.
Farmer
For A Day
Riding across
the range and roping cattle is only one of the imaginative activities found
in this interactive exhibit. Children and adults learn how the food on
their
table comes from the fields, vineyards and orchards spread across America.
A fun, interactive playground teaches farmers' daily tasks. Children can
dress as a lamb, drive miniature tractors in a huge corn box, dig potatoes,
dress a scarecrow.and still have more learning experiences awaiting them!
